I have got confused on some of the basics.  Here are some notes I made on Tai Sabaki – the basic body movements.

Irimi – Enter using a slide or a step.

Tenkan – Turn. Keep the front foot in place and turn your body 180 degrees

Irimi Tenkan – Step and then turn in one fluid

Tai No Henka undo – exercise where you irimi tenkan in response to a wrist grab.
